BECAUSE we care: Cleanliness is a big priority for us and we strive to deliver the cleanest jumpers around.
CANCELLATION: As a courtesy to Santa Barbara Jumps we would appreciate at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation in advance of your party start time.
DELIVERIES: Our area of delivery is from Goleta to Carpinteria.
EVERY jumper is inspected for any deficiencies before arriving to you and your family.
FREE DELIVERY AND SET-UP!
GENERATORS are needed at some parks where electricity is not available. A $45 charge will be applied to your order if we have to bring a generator to your party. You may also use your own generator.
HOURS: We deliver 7 day a week. Delivery times can be as early as 8 AM depending upon your area. Pickup times are 8 PM from April 1 to Oct 31, and 5 PM from Nov 1 to March 31. We can be reached by phone 7 AM to 10 PM.
INSURED & PARK APPROVED for City of Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County, City of Goleta, City of Carpinteria, & the Santa Barbara Zoo.
JUMP POSITION: Once the jump is set up we will be unable to move it. Please choose the best spot for set up.

MEASURE YOUR YARD! If you do not have a tape measure handy, the average shoe size is around 12 inches and you can easily pace off the measurement of your yard. We recommend at least a 15' x 15' area for your average jumper.
NO food, drinks, or silly string is permitted in our jumpers. A clean up fee will be applied for jumpers that are returned less than clean.
OVERNIGHT RATES: We do allow our jumpers to stay overnight, provided that they are not going out the next morning. There is a $35.00 extra charge for this. They will be picked up the following day in the afternoon.
PARK PERMITS: ALL PARKS REQUIRE A PERMIT. You will need to contact the Parks & Recreation department to confirm if you will need a permit or not. Santa Barbara Jumps is not responsible getting your permit. Please check on this!!!! You will not receive a refund if the park rangers shut down your jumper for not having a permit. Please contact us if you need information on our parks.
QUALITY OF SERVICE: We at Santa Barbara Jumps strive to have the highest quality of service with a full time cleaning & maintenance crew as well as friendly drivers.
RAIN POLICY: If it is raining the day of your event, you will receive a call that morning. At that time you will be given the choice for delivery or canceling the jumper. No charge at that time for canceling. If you request delivery and cancel at the door due to the weather there will be a 50% charge. Once the jumper is set up there will be a 100% charge. No refunds if it rains after set-up. Santa Barbara Jumps reserves the right to cancel your jumper due to rain.
STEPS: Please let us know if you have any STEPS, STAIRS, or Steep SLOPES. This is important as our jumpers are hard to maneuver up and down them!
TIMELINESS: We at Santa Barbara Jumps guarantee your jumper will be delivered in the time frame you requested.
UN-ACCEPTABLE SURFACES: Rocks, Gravel, Sand, Wood Chips or sloped areas. ACCEPTABLE SURFACES: Grass, Grass/Dirt, Flat Cement, Flat Asphalt, and 50/50 Grass/Cement. Please inform us of the surface so we may bring the proper equipment.
VARIETY: It all depends on the size of your yard and your budget, with over 20 jumpers & prices from as low as $89 all the way to $265. We can get your event jumping!
WATER: Absolutely no use of water on our jumpers, this includes hoses, sprinkler, water guns, etc.
X-TRA DISCOUNTS: Please ask about our discounts for non-profits and gift certificates for school auctions and more.
